About Me
Hello,
I’m Mackenzie Sinkler, a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker with 17 years of experience dedicated towards supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. My work has taken place across the court system, in home services and community-based settings; allowing me to meet people where they are with care, empathy and professionalism.
I provide individual, family and substance abuse therapy with a compassionate , client-centered approach. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy and Strengths-Based Counseling to help clients build resilience, develop insight, and move towards meaningful change. Whether helping clients navigate life, heal within the home or build support in the community, my goal is always the same: to foster healing, growth and meaningful connection to life.
I believe in creating a safe and empowering space for clients to feel seen, heard and supported as they move toward lasting change.
